Automated invoicing

Since April first 2009 the invoicing process of Copernica BV has been fully automated. Our software linksĀ  customer data to the invoicing process, allowing us to send the invoices per e-mail. The system processes the invoices per month or per quarter, according to customer wishes, and sends them to the registered contacts of each company.

Reminders of unpaid invoices are sent in the same way, without our employees having to monitor or trigger the notifications. Copernica BV is saving work, time and of course the environment with this innovated process! Naturally, our employees are still available for questions or remarks concerning invoices.

Customers have the ability to look into their past and present invoices through their personal Copernica account on www.copernica.com.
