The revised Copernica admin dashboard

Copernica has been working hard on new features and improving existing features on Copernica.com. All administrative tasks that you previously did in the Admin section of the marketing software, can now also be managed via your dashboard on Copernica.com, albeit a lot easier and simpler.
View and change your own preferences and login directly to your account(s). Manage users and their access rights and change the delivery settings for emails. Also, you'll find information about billing and your company, be able to submit support tickets and much much more.
Log into Copernica.com to go to your dashboard
Dashboard overview
On the dashboard homepage you'll find an overview of all of your accounts. Select an account to start working in the account, or edit its settings. Depending on your license type, you can instantly create additional accounts here.

View / edit your own data
Go to Edit Profile to edit your own data, to set a new password or to update your newsletter preferences...
Account settings
Here you will find all settings related to sending e-mails, such as the envelope domain, the pic-register domain and the delivery speed. For most users, the default settings are recommended.
If you do not use a custom pic-register domain already, we highly recommend to take this into consideration. Pictures and email statistics are processed by a large stack of dedicated servers. These servers are accessible via the pic-register domain. When your account is first brought to life, it is automatically configured to use one of our default domains (e.g., https://pic.vicinity.nl/../).
You can however also use your own (sub)domain for this. This has two important benefits: recipients of your emails see your domain when they click on a link (instead of ours), plus you won't be bothered when a default domain is blacklisted due to abuse of our system by other users.
Account users
Go here to manage users of an account and to specify their individual access rights per account.
Account consumption
Check out the total consumption of an account. That is the number of emails, API calls, web pages that you will be billed for.
Furthermore you can specify how long IP data from email recipients must be stored (legislation differs per country). Also you can restrict access to an account to specific IP addresses only.
Support
Have a question or comment about our software? Feel free to submit a support ticket from the dashboard. Our goal is to solve your issue within 2 hours (during office hours) but usually we're much quicker than that. You will also find a list of closed tickets that have been submitted by you and your colleagues.
Applications
We recently launched our brand new REST service. Web developers can use the API to create applications that have access to data in Copernica accounts. Obviously specific authorization by an account admin must be given for this. From the Applications section, you can view which applications currently have access to your account(s), and revoke access if desired. Developers go to this section to obtain the required API keys.
Company and invoicing
View and manage your company profile and billing information. This includes:
- The license and tariffs
- Add colleagues to the company profile
- See who of your colleagues have passed the Copernica fundamental and / or advanced tests.
You will also find:
- The total consumption (across all accounts of your company)
- An overview of (unpaid) invoices
- and many more.
Company profile
Are you a user of Copernica but don't have a company profile yet? Create one from the dashboard directly. If your company already has a profile, find the option to request a colleague to add you.
Users associated with a company profile get access to the Copernica support tool and the Copernica partner network. You will also be able to create additional accounts and perform administrative tasks for your company.

On the dashboard you can see which of your colleagues already have their certificate(s).

Are you a Copernica partner? Go to your dashboard for all sorts of useful things, such as revenue insights, an overview of your customers, your partner performance and of course to view and edit your partner profile.
