Your role at Copernica
As a Customer Success Manager you are the link between our software and our customers. You will take over from our business development managers as soon as a new license has been taken out. You then build your own customer portfolio and remain responsible for their success. You give demos, draw up contracts, and use your expertise to take our customers' email marketing strategy to the next level.

Who are you?
We are looking for a strategic, communicative professional who enjoys contact with customers. Our ideal colleague:
Has 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing position;
Has experience in giving software demonstrations;
Has an affinity with IT and marketing;
Has basic knowledge of contract management;
Has a good command of the Dutch and English language;
Has an HBO or WO diploma;
Is available 40 hours per week;
Has a driver's license.
Salary: €3400 - €4200

Video call

Depending on the vacancy, we’ll ask you to complete an assignment and create a presentation. A skill assessment is also part of the hiring procedure.
